At Access Denied, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your fit isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must remain in original condition with security tags intact to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and branded dust bags are included inside the box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
